At SkinMath, we’re committed to delivering science-backed, safe, and satisfying skincare. In the rare case something goes wrong, we’ve built a smooth exchange process to make it right — with no added hassle.
Eligibility for Exchange
You are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The product is unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging

You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following cannot be exchanged:

Used or opened products

Products purchased on sale or during special promotions

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
How to Request an Exchange
